Public Comments: The Oklahoma City Mayor’s Committee on Disability Concerns welcomes citizens comments at the beginning of each meeting. Comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes and citizens must sign in at least five (5) minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. - Nomination Committee – Sidna Trimmell
- Due to the bylaws a nomination committee of three members needs to be formed to collect the names of those interested in running for Vice Chair, Treasurer or Secretary.
- Members who want to run must be in good standing, served on the committee at least one year and served on a subcommittee. It is a 3 year term. No City employee can be chair or vice chair.
- Scott Ellis moved that Tabitha Pope, Rochelle Alexander and Keith Wilkinson make up the committee. Ken Wyatt seconded the motion. No discussion

Reports from Members on Boards and Commissions
- Scott Ellis reported he attended two committee, Bricktown Urban Design no issues. The OKC Board of Appeals – no issues. The city is not letting any violation through.
- Keith Wilkinson reported the Travel and Transportation most issues are on street accessible parking and since I started attending, I get those well in advance and we go those worked before the meetings.
- Ken Wyatt reported Riverfront slow right now.
- Lori Wathen reported Parks and Library
- Needs to give up the Library due to a conflict.
- Parks didn’t attend.
- Jackie Haverly attended the Zoo Trust, they did a special event, a sensory special with no sound or lights and well attended. We were supposed to go the African Exhibit, but it rained, and we didn’t go.
- Marilyn Dillon reported on EMBARK and COPTA, they are moving forward with the updates to the Fixed Routes Bus network that are in OKC. Public Engagement Meetings on the changes will be after the first of the year. Does the committee want a 15-to-20-minute presentation on the changes? (Sidna replied yes).
Construction for the BRT is going well. They have a couple of new mobility projects that will be launching in 2023. They are still in the planning process so hopefully next meeting; she would be able to share more information.

People with Disabilities Awareness Day 2023 is March 7, 2023 from noon to 4:30 pm at the Oklahoma History Center.
