Each year, the Oklahoma City Mayor’s Committee on Disability Concerns presents Awards to individuals in October. We honor individuals who improve the lives of people with disabilities.  These awards recognize individuals, employers, and the media for their contributions towards disability empowerment, increased awareness of disabilities within our communities, and improved access for individuals with disabilities.
