Call to Order – Welcome and Introductions
Public Comments: The Oklahoma City Mayor’s Committee on Disability Concerns welcomes citizens comments at the beginning of each meeting. Comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes and citizens must sign-in at least five (5) minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. Citizens that are not committee members are not permitted to participate in regular meeting discussion. By signing up for comments, you acknowledge the commenting procedures of the committee.

- Barrier Free Design did one inspection last month.

Expo – Adam Lane
- We met following last month’s meeting and plan to meet following the February meeting. We are compiling a list of vendors and non-profits that we want to invite to participate in the Expo. I have reached out to Dana and have also reached out to Jim Thorpe to get a copy of their list of participants in their events.
- Once the flyers for the event have been made, we can use email, phone calls, and personal visits to begin inviting organizations.
- We plan to meet more frequently in order to coordinate who has been invited and who needs to be contacted.
Luncheon Activities — Dana Tallon
- Dana and Jackie meet after the meeting and decided that a good number for the subcommittee would be five or less people. The committee will be determined from the newly filled out Assignment Forms.
- We will call for the volunteers on the day of the event.
- Not much else due to not having the subcommittee fully assigned.
