  • Barrier Free Design did one inspection last month.

Outreach — Herb Bailey

Emergency Response — Ken Wyatt

Expo – Adam Lane

  • We met following last month’s meeting and plan to meet following the February meeting. We are compiling a list of vendors and non-profits that we want to invite to participate in the Expo. I have reached out to Dana and have also reached out to Jim Thorpe to get a copy of their list of participants in their events.
  • Once the flyers for the event have been made, we can use email, phone calls,  and personal visits to begin inviting organizations.
  • We plan to meet more frequently in order to coordinate who has been invited and who needs to be contacted.

Luncheon Activities — Dana Tallon

  • Dana and Jackie meet after the meeting and decided that a good number for the subcommittee would be five or less people. The committee will be determined from the newly filled out Assignment Forms.
  • We will call for the volunteers on the day of the event.
  • Not much else due to not having the subcommittee fully assigned.
