Keith reported that Sidna, the chair, was reappointed by the Mayor. Individuals who have said they will stand for election:
Dana Tallon for Secretary;
Adam Lane for Vice Chair;
Scott Ellis for Treasurer;
Lori Wathen for Treasurer.

Election for Officers
- Sidna called for nominations from the floor for vice chair, treasurer or secretary three times.
- No nominations from the floor were entered.
- Sidna asked Adam Lane, Scott Ellis, Lori Wathen and Dana Tallon if they accepted their nominations? All said yes. Sidna closed nominations.
- Keith called for each individual for their vote for Treasurer, 10 voted for Scott Ellis and 5 voted for Lori Wathen.
- Scott Ellis moved that we accept Adam Lane and Dana Tallon by acclamation.

Reports from Members on Boards and Commissions
- Scott Ellis’ board has not been meeting.
- Ken Wyatt didn’t get to attend Riverfront but there was no accessibility issues on agenda.
- Keith Wilkinson Traffic and Transportation had a review of on street accessible parking spaces that were presented and those always pass. There never seems to be issue with those.
- Vera Cheek Myriad Gardens have not been meeting but are expected to in February.
- Rochelle Alexander Urban Renewal – did attend but no report.
- Larry Hopper OKC Trails – did attend but nothing to report.
- Adam Lane’s committee meets at the same time OKC MCDC so he can’t attend.

- Dana Tallon – People with Disabilities Awareness Day, March 7 Oklahoma History Center for exhibitors and awards.
- Larry Hopper – The state of Oklahoma Transportation ODOT is in the process of an Active Transportation Plan, they are looking for input from the community. See okatp.org for public input sessions to ODOT the week of Jan 23.
